Job Role
IndiGo is hiring Airport Operations Officers to manage customer service, terminal handling, security checks and ramp operations at various IndiGo stations across India as part of its Airport Operations Online Drive (PAN India 2.0).
Required Skills

Job Responsibilities
- Handle passenger check-in counters, verify travel documents and issue boarding passes as per IndiGo procedures.
- Coordinate boarding gate activities, make boarding announcements and ensure on-time closure of boarding gates.
- Support reservation and ticketing activities including reissuance, refunds and cash or card collection where required.
- Assist passengers with special service requirements, mishandled baggage cases and customer queries at the airport.
- Carry out security checks in line with the approved Security Programme and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
- Monitor restricted areas, prevent unauthorized access and safeguard airline assets and customer belongings.
- Plan and arrange ground support equipment at the bay before aircraft arrival and coordinate with operations control.
- Record touchdown, chocks on/off timings and share updates over radio as per station norms.
- Supervise aircraft cleaning, baggage offloading and loading as per Loading Instruction Report (LIR) and safety norms.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure safe, punctual and hassle-free operations for every IndiGo flight.
