AI/Machine Learning Engineer for the Digital Products and Solutions team, working on ML and GenAI-based applications for Siemens Energy business units.
Required Skills

- Write clean, modular, and testable Python code while following standard coding guidelines and version control practices.
- Monitor, debug and improve the performance, reliability and scalability of AI/ML solutions in real use cases.
- Document design decisions, experiments and model behaviour so that stakeholders can easily understand and reuse the work.
- Work closely with product managers and domain experts to translate business requirements into ML features and PoCs.
