Job Role

The Junior Analyst (T&E) position supports Global Expense Management Center of Excellence operations by managing employee support, corporate card administration, expense auditing, and policy compliance.

Required Skills

• Experience with Concur Expense Management tool is required. • Strong written and verbal communication skills along with customer service abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and maintain strict data confidentiality. • Familiarity with corporate cards, P-Cards, or expense audit tools like Oversight Systems or AppZen is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the expense support shared mailbox and provide end-user support for Concur Travel and Expense queries. • Handle corporate card and P-Card administration, including card requests, closures, limit updates, and account reconciliations. • Monitor delinquent accounts, personal charges, unassigned transactions, and assist with reporting fraudulent card activities. • Conduct expense audits using approved audit software and assist with internal audit and compliance reviews. • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), track team KPIs and SLAs, and implement continuous process improvements or automation.
